Inside Kidman and Urban’s Bunya Hill Home
The Oscar-winning actress and her spouse own a number of residential homes, including their family home in Nashville, Tennessee, a mansion in Los Angeles, a condo in New York, and a penthouse in Sydney.
But the same year their first daughter was born, the couple paid an astounding $4.5 million for an Australian farmhouse. The couple reared their girls for several years, alternating between Nashville and Australia.
Urban said that meeting Kidman and getting married marked a new chapter in his life rather than a turning point.
The couple, who are among the least controversial in Hollywood, have a very private life, but seven years after buying the house, Kidman flaunted their Australian Farmhouse.
With a grand piano and a fireplace, the formal living room is one of the house’s most beautiful features. The areas in front of the house are darker, despite the living room’s white and creme paint job.
The dining area features a fireplace and a huge hardwood table that can seat eight people. In the far left corner of the dining room is a plastic play set for their two children.
Behind the home is a hen house and a little cottage for overnight visitors. This is where a simpler kitchen is found. The “Moulin Rouge!” alum was spotted joyfully gathering eggs from her chicken coop during her farmhouse tour. In addition, the house has a sizable orchard and six alpacas and black Angus cows living in it.
Following their purchase of the home, the pair installed a new gymnasium, an 18-meter swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, and 2250-meter-long grass-covered mounds to border the roadside boundary and deter paparazzi cameras.
This Australian farmland gives the family the time and space to escape the glitz of Hollywood and take in a more laid-back atmosphere. Kidman claims that her favorite aspects of farm life are the calm, simplicity, and the air.
