According to a 2023 report from the Pew Research Center, approximately 30% of adults admitted to ever using a dating app or website.
Even though only 10% of people who are in a committed relationship found their significant other through a dating site or app, 42% said they believed online dating made the search for a long-term partner easier.
However, many remained skeptical that an algorithm could match them with their true love. Thirty-five percent of people did not think an algorithm could pair them with their future partner, while 43% were unsure.
Instead of continuing to try his luck with online dating, Kline paid over $1,000 for a massive billboard in his Philadelphia neighborhood.
Since his ad, which features a few “fast facts” about himself, went up he’s received countless messages. And there’s actually some messages that show potential.
“I have one set up for tomorrow, probably gonna be a little walk or something. People are being very forward if they want a date which I appreciate,” he said.
A recent update on Kline’s Instagram states that since he’s shared his desire to find a significant other he’s gone on two dates.
